DESCRIPTION:I’ll be joining Tracy Sadler at To The Trees to deliver a Saturday night session at her weekend retreat in Gloucestershire 13-14th September. It’s a gorgeous space to ground\, find some peace and enjoy time to do whatever it is you need to! \nDetails below from Tracy. \nThe retreat will commence on the Saturday at 10.30am with a 90 minute flow class\, followed by lunch. You then have the afternoon free to do as you please. Saturday evening there’s yin\, dinner and an exciting guest workshop\, yoga nidra and gong bath with the epic Ian Kershaw! \nStart Sunday morning the right way with another 90 minute yoga session\, followed by lunch and then you can enjoy being in the trees until you’re ready to leave early afternoon. \nSleeping arrangements\, there are 2 bell tents with 1 double and 2 single beds\, these sleep up to 3 or 4 people\, depending if anyone wants to share the double bed\, if not the double is up for first request. If you wanted to sleep in your own tent\, there is a limited availability on space for these\, so please let me know soon. \nThe weekend inclusive of everything is £200pp\, please pm me for any payment plan requests and bank or PayPal details \nI’ve got just a few spaces left if you bring your own tent. \nThank you and I’ll look forward to enjoying a late summer weekend away together ❤️
