Through this circular\, conscious connected breathing process\, through the mouth only\, you can tap into your deeply buried obstacles while surfacing and cleansing them. It is a healing process\, making you feel fully alive and free. A safe space is created where you will be invited to work with internal challenges and obstacles in a way that would enable healing and transformation to take place.
