DESCRIPTION:A year of therapy in 60 minutes! \nBreathwork Transformation is unlike traditional yogic breathwork and is a therapeutic breathing technique\, relieving tension and stress. Through this circular\, conscious connected breathing process\, through the mouth only\, you can tap into your deeply buried obstacles while surfacing and cleansing them. It is a healing process\, making you feel fully alive and free. A safe space is created where you will be invited to work with internal challenges and obstacles in a way that would enable healing and transformation to take place. As the session reaches its end\, many individuals find they are presented with solutions or answers to their existing problems\, release past traumas or generally feel lighter and less troubled. When the person is completely immersed in the Breathwork experience\, they feel like the breath is breathing them instead of vice versa. This type of breathwork practice is not advised for anyone with a history of heart/cardio vascular conditions\, epilepsy\, uncontrolled high blood pressure\, glaucoma\, pregnancy (without seeking prior clearance from your medical team)\, Bipolar disorder or schizophrenia.
