Ian has been delivering wonderfully relaxing sound baths since 2015 blending the rich sonic texture of the gong with the simplicity of crystal and Himalayan bowls. Whether you’re attending one of Ian’s regular sessions or booking him for a bespoke event you will be glad you did.
It is often said that time is a great healer. Ian says that time is a great burier and the longer we hold on to that stuff the more it can impede your life. Breathwork surfaces and clears that useless crap out and, best of all, it can be context free – let that stuff go and leave a session considerably lighter than we you arrived.
Meditation & Mindfulness
Meditation and Mindfulness comes in many shapes and sizes. Being in the zone, flow, daydreaming, or simply enjoying the present moment to the exclusion of all else are all examples. Whilst formal practice is great, simply being present at what ever you’re doing with whoever you’re doing it with can be even greater. You can only have anxiety about something yet to happen (or not as in 99% of cases) – mindfulness can help make that a thing of your past!
