Ian has been delivering wonderfully relaxing sound baths since 2015 blending the rich sonic texture of the gong with the simplicity of crystal and Himalayan bowls. Whether you’re attending one of Ian’s regular sessions or booking him for a bespoke event you will be glad you did.

Forest Bathing

The science and research supporting the mental and physical health benefits of time spent in nature is irrefutable. When combined with a guided, sensory based gentle walk, your mindful time under the canopy of the trees will leave you feeling calm, relaxed and peaceful. For some this can be an incredibly moving experience and rest assured that no matter how deep you want to go, you are in safe hands.

Yoga Nidra, Meditation & Mindfulness

Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Mindfulness come in many shapes and sizes. Being in the zone, flow, daydreaming, or simply enjoying the present moment to the exclusion of all else are all examples. Whilst formal practice is great, simply being present at what ever you’re doing with whoever you’re doing it with can be even greater. You can only have anxiety about something yet to happen (or not as in 99% of cases) – mindfulness can help make that anxiety a thing of your past, whilst Yoga Nidra can support your future life path in whatever direction you choose.

Breathwork

Breathwork offers a conscious route into quickly changing your current state. On one side of the pendulum are rest and digest practices versus emotional releases on the other side. Whatever your breathwork requirements are, there is a practice to support your needs. Whether you want to reset from stress or let go of the story that supports limiting beliefs get in touch to take control via the conscious use of your breath.
