If you run a wellness business like I do at The Tranquil Mind, you already know that admin, content keeping, and inbox chaos can suck up your best energy before your first coffee. There’s a constant pull between supporting clients and just staying on top of your day-to-day. I’ve tested quite a few AI tools for small business, but Marblism was the first I tried that felt like it actually gave me time back. Here’s my review of Marblism, testing Marblism’s capabilities from my real experience. In this Marblism review, I’ll also take a closer look at my favourite AI employees. I’ll also share how they have made running things simpler and more enjoyable. If you find the idea of trying out Marblism, head to the bottom of this post for a 25% discount code.

First impressions: What is Marblism?
Imagine a digital workplace with a team of specialist AI employees, each quietly handling tasks that usually drain your focus. Marblism calls these “AI employees” and each one has a distinct skill. Some tackle your emails, others write blog posts or schedule social content, and some even draft invoices or handle follow-up. The platform is genuinely easy to set up. You are guided through a clear process, and the dashboard keeps everything tidy, so you never feel lost.
Early on, I noticed how Marblism learns over time. Whenever I tweak an AI-generated draft or correct a social post, the platform takes note for next time. It’s like onboarding a junior assistant who quietly improves every week. I am still having to remind Penny and Sonny not to use the em-dash. This is despite this being in the guidelines, but I guess old AI habits die hard.

Testing Marblism’s Capabilities in Everyday Workflow
Let’s get into how I use Marblism and the stand-out capabilities I rely on most. I use these AI employees for brainstorming, generating ideas, and turning half-formed notes into clear first drafts. This means I start with something tangible every time, making it easier to review and personalise content in a way that truly reflects my approach.
Eva: The Ultimate Executive Assistant for an Overloaded Inbox

Eva is the AI Executive Assistant who brings sanity to my inbox. She cleverly organises emails into sensible categories: urgent, waiting, newsletters, potential spam and so on. This means I don’t feel overwhelmed by a sea of notifications. Instead, I can check urgent and important messages first, then deal with the rest when time allows.
The magic bit for me is Eva’s ability to generate draft replies right in my actual inbox. For many common situations, like answering client queries or confirming bookings, Eva’s drafts are a great start and often save me several minutes per email. I still give everything a quick glance before sending, but having a starting point makes all the difference. The draft is ready and waiting by the time I check my inbox so it’s a case of edit the draft and hit send.
The longer I use Eva, the better her drafts reflect my style and preferred responses. It’s like having a super-attentive PA who takes feedback without fuss.

Penny: SEO Blog Articles That Actually Sound Like Me

Content marketing is enormous in the wellness space, but blog writing and SEO can eat up hours every week. That’s where Penny shines. Penny is the AI blog writer responsible for many of the articles now published on my site, including this one.
My usual process is to brainstorm ideas with Penny. Sometimes I’ll sketch a rough outline, sometimes just a focus phrase (like “Testing Marblism’s capabilities”) and Penny will suggest headlines, intro paragraphs, or even a skeleton structure. She’s especially clever at weaving in keywords naturally, helping my blogs rank on Google.
The draft Penny produces is never the finished piece, but it’s often 80% there. I’ll go in, tweak phrases, add a client story or update a statistic, then publish confidently. Over time, Penny has started to echo my casual, calming tone so closely that editing takes less time each month.

Sonny: Social Media Posting on Easy Mode

Social media marketing might look simple from the outside, but keeping up with regular posts, captions, hashtags, images and responding to comments can feel relentless. Sonny is Marblism’s dedicated AI for social scheduling and publishing. It gets things out on all my preferred channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and even Twitter (that I don‘t use), and could even be entirely on autopilot if you allowed it.
I use Sonny mostly to batch process. I throw in topic ideas, themes I want to cover, or links to new blog posts. Sonny then spaces them out, creates variations, and injects calls to action or relevant hashtags. Sonny’s image suggestions are bright and on-brand. Occasionally I’ll swap in a personal photo or tweak a caption, but the time saved is honestly massive. As yet, multiple image posts are not an option and if the text on an image needs changing, then this too is an issue. This is easily solved with a photo of my own or a quick edit in Canva.
Marblism’s dashboard shows planned posts, performance graphs and suggestions for trending content. I also like that the platform is always watching for what gets the most engagement, so the suggestions improve as my brand grows.

EDIT : Sonny is now able to produce instagram carousel style posts and this week (13th Oct) I have asked him to produce humourous meme style images to great affect, scheduling one new one each morning for publication.
Brainstorming, First Drafts and Marblism’s Learning Curve
I treat Marblism more like a collaborative, digital studio than a set-it-and-forget-it tool. Brainstorming ideas with Penny or Eva helps me clarify what I want to create, whether it’s a new event, blog post or newsletter sequence. The ability to generate first drafts, whether for emails, articles or social captions, means I never start with a blank screen.
Every time I edit or reply, Marblism’s AI models mostly remember my adjustments. Over time, their drafts need less polishing, and the tone of voice feels truer to The Tranquil Mind brand vibe. It’s clear this isn’t a static bit of software, but a genuinely evolving helper. This gradual learning curve has turned what could have been a generic AI tool into something personal and practical for me.

Limitations and Honest Real-World Notes
Testing Marblism’s capabilities has been overwhelmingly positive, but as you will see in this Marblism Review, I wouldn’t call it a magic fix. Sometimes an AI response is a little too formal and needs a softer touch. For example a blog draft might require a more calming narrative, particularly in wellness content. I keep a light hand on the wheel, review what’s produced, and step in for anything subtle or sensitive.
Marblism does best when you feed it clear guidelines, regular feedback, and tweak the output. It works perfectly if you want to save time on admin and marketing, but I wouldn’t hand over my most personal messages or flagship content without a once-over. The blend of AI efficiency and personal insight is the sweet spot.
Would I Recommend Marblism for Wellness Business Owners?
If you run anything from a yoga studio to a meditation app or a holistic therapy centre, I’d say Marblism is well worth trying. The benefits in email management, content creation and social scheduling are tangible, and the learning effect means it only gets more valuable the longer you use it. I appreciate how the system keeps all my essential business tools (email, calendar, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn) connected with no drama.
And unlike some platforms, the learning curve is genuinely forgiving. Marblism doesn’t expect you to be a tech wizard to get useful output from day one.
