Through gentle guidance, nature soundscapes and a journey through body, breath and inner landscape, you’ll be invited to settle into a profound state of relaxation where the mind quietens, the body softens and the nervous system begins to unwind.
From this place of stillness, you’ll be immersed in a nourishing Sound Bath, allowing the therapeutic vibrations of Himalayan and Crystal Singing Bowls to wash over you. The sounds help support balance and harmony throughout the body, mind and spirit, encouraging the release of accumulated stress, tension and fatigue.
Together, these practices create a powerful opportunity to pause, reset and reconnect with yourself. Leave feeling grounded, restored and ready to move forward with greater ease, clarity and calm.
