The initial session is where we discover your baseline breathing patterns, without judgement, and discuss what it is you are looking to achieve.
From this shared understanding I will guide you through the first steps of this journey so that you can continue to build on this in your own time.
The improvements and transformation effects can be felt quite quickly so to build on your journey it is advisable to re-assess your progress and maybe adapt the "exercises" to support continued development. Think of it like building muscles. You start with light weights then as your system copes, more resistance is needed keep the adaptation going. Your diaphragm in this case is the muscle that is potentially being developed!
You choose whether you would like a single session to kick start your journey or commit to a small number of repeat visits to maintain your growth.

This is where the initial assessment is carried out where we establish the baseline and your goals for functional breathing. From this your tailored exercise/activities plan is developed and shared with you. You make a start on improving your breathing and witnessing the progress toward your goals. At any point you can book a follow up single session to review progress and get more guidance on appropriate exercise to maintain momentum.
The development package involves your initial assessment and first set of tailored exercises plus we then schedule in your 3 review sessions to monitor progress and revise exercises accordingly. This package allows you to maintain focus and keep you accountable as you work your way toward you goals.

I did the 30min breathing workshop and I would highly recommend it to everyone. We walked away with a sense of calm and equipped with techniques that can be used in everyday life.
